Our Spaces for hire
The Russell Room
A large modern space that can hold up to 60 people seated or 90 standing. Situated on the ground floor with access to a kitchen area next door. It comes with tables and chairs.
The Francis Room
This ground-floor space is designed for one-to-one meetings and is suitable for spiritual direction, counselling and coaching.
Library and Sitting Room
Also available for occasional daytime hire are the period Library and Dining Room on the first floor of the Presbytery, suitable for meetings of small groups. Please contact the administrator for further details.
Access to the Community Centre
St Mary’s Community Centre is situated on the north side of Bourne St. between Chester Row and Graham Terrace and set back from the road.
Pass between two low iron gates and up the sloped path towards the main entrance to the church. Just before the wooden doors into the church porch turn to the right and so face the new glazed entrance. To the right of this are a set of bells to push: chose the one marked Office and wait for either the door lock to be released or for someone.
Though the building is only staffed during advertised events we look forward to your visit.
The Russell Room
The Russell Room offers a spacious, contemporary venue for up to 60 people seated or 90 standing. There is a separate well-equipped kitchen next door and the facilities are fully accessible. The space is adaptable and flexible with tables and chairs available as required.

Cost
The Russell Room is available for up to 8 hours a day with a minimum of 2 hours. Full rate £80 per hour; Westminster residents £40 per hour; Charity use £25 for the first hour and £12 per hour for subsequent hours.

The Francis Room is a warm, comfortable room on the ground floor. It is designed for one-to-one meetings and would be suitable for therapy, counselling and coaching practitioners.
